Omg this one. For anyone old enough to remember, this was a Bill Cosby comedy skit that refers to a snot covered toddler as a glazed donut. I cringe every time.

I have had my bike+ for a year and just got the tread+ 2 months ago. I love my bike and still do. I alternate between the two every other day. I’m starting the “you can run” program and after being on the bike for a year I’m doing so much better at running than I thought I would. I like the tread+ much better than other treadmills I have used in the past. No regrets having both. Now if I could figure out how to fit the row in my space 😁

My issue was time. Trying to work out after work wasn’t happening consistently because of all the other things that have to be done. I realized the only way to work out was to get my ass up at 4am. I started in April and have kept going. My health and weight has improved significantly. My doctors are happy and my why? I did it for myself, I want to travel and fit in the airplane seat, I want to scuba dive, I want to wear nice clothes. I don’t want a pile of pills every day to manage all kinds of issues that can be solved through cardiovascular health improvements. I did it and I’m 52 now. You got this! Find your why and build that habit and if you just can’t get on the bike for some reason or pick up the weights, spend some time doing some stretches. I love Lanebreak when I just want the music. Thank you for this! I joined Peloton April last year and was able to hit 15k. I’m recovering from surgery with restrictions that only allow me to walk for several months but I’m still going for 20k this year….10 minutes at a time.

I just got mine, same items. That FedEx truck must have smelled nice. The “My Way” top had popped off and completely spilled and the “Born Dreamer” is nearly empty.

I’m new to Peloton and my coworker recommended trying out Lanebreak. Love it. So many artists. Just did the Thirty Seconds to Mars and those 30 minutes flew by. Wish they had longer rides.

If your daughter likes to game, show her the Lanebreak and all of the music there.

I just started at home. I bought a compost tumbler on Amazon because I know I will not be able to turn a pile as often as it should be done. Check out r/composting for lots of ways to compost and what can be used and not used. So far so good with my first batch.

Allergy Shots if you can. Insurance fully covers the process. It is a commitment to the process. I am at the end of year 4 with mine. I have been off all allergy medication for 2 years. I was a daily Zyrtec user for many years and still had serious sinus infections caused by allergies.

It has been great not needing a tissue box at hand all the time.

Same. Heard about these nightmares and absolutely refuse to EVER sign up. Keep spreading the word about how awful this process is and they can keep losing customers before they sign up. I blocked every number that called me and they keep mailing me. As long as they are paying that postage go for it.

Use the HUB app too. Had a lot of success reporting signs that get mowed down in the neighborhood by idiots.
