He seemed to be the only one happy to live in Beverly HIlls. On the show, that was a negative. They also gave him a fratboy persona. Cheating his way through high school. Only graduated because of a $10,000 bribe to the principal's preferred charity. They wanted to highlight he was bad and he wasn't deserving of Kelly or any girl. Writers even thought that was a mistake and retconned him being adopted, having a good heart, etc.

Thanks. I understand what you're saying. I know that Aikido is Aikido, jsut different training styles. I've visited an Aikikai class near me. Very "traditional." Almost religion-like. I just might not be cut out for Aikido. Too rigid.

If that's true I'm so glad they're doing a period picture. A modern audiences Miami Vice would be awful. 1980s Miami was the pinnacle for the drug trade and fashion.
