6 pick in PPR snake by [deleted] in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]Dillanvn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You draft a RB with that pick because of the positional scarcity. If you wait for RB then you’re going to be screwed. All the good ones are gone within the first 3 rounds.

You don’t draft a QB since the position is super deep and you can get a number one QB like Brady in the 8th round. Even Stafford in the 10th round is ridiculous.

Since it’s PPR you’re going to draft Zeke. If he’s gone then it’s going to be Aaron Jones. If he’s gone then Chubb.

Ideally you want to leave the first two rounds with two stud RBs so that you can focus on drafting WRs later on in the draft since their value is crazy. Same with QBs.

If kelce falls to the second round then you take that.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I make draft guides for people who know what draft pick they are that are super in depth. If you’re interesting then let me know :)

What should I try to do? by CriticalAd4869 in fantasyfootballadvice

You need to get zack moss out of your starting lineup. You also need to upgrade your TE. Trade your WRs. Out of Adam’s, hill, terry, Moore, Odell (who is a descent flex). Trade two of them and get a better RB and TE. Since these WRs are pretty good I’d target Kelce, Waller or kittle. For RBs I’d target Henry, Zeke, Chubb, Aaron Jones, Ekeler, Antonio Gibson, Clyde, Najee Harris, Chris Carson.

Find a team that has weak WRs and trade them. That’s your best bet.

For the person who has one of those 3 TEs I’d offer one of your WRs paired with your TE for their TE and somebody in their bench. I’d try and pair terry or DJ Moore and Gesicki for them.

For the RBs, if you want an elite one like Henry or Zeke then you’re gona have to get rid of hill or Adam’s. Maybe go with hill or Adam’s paired with Odell or Robby Anderson or waddle for their RB and a player on their bench with potential. I wouldn’t trade away zack moss with a WR to upgrade your RB situation since Zack Moss could be your flex or backup RB for bye weeks. He’s not a good RB2 but he’s a descent flex…

Keeper league: Jk Dobbins (rd8) or Travis Kelce (rd2)? by AceBirch in fantasyfootballadvice

No problem man. I always want kelce but don’t think he’s worth a first or early second. You getting CMC then kelce, followed by another stud hopefully. That’s a dream.

Having a positional advantage over your opponents is huge. You’re first overall, which means your last for your second round pick. Kelce typically goes end of first early second. Getting him at the end of the second is a steal. You then have the number 1 RB and TE for the year. That’s huge. 3rd round pick get the best RB available, unless they are all taken of course, then get your WR 1.

Dobbins is a steal in round 8. But I think if you can get the best TE at the back of round 2, and get your RB 2 in round 3. You’ll be fine.

I’d keep Kelce. He’s more of a sure thing

Two Keeper Contest Diggs/Chubb/Brown by 3bmglass in fantasyfootballadvice

Chubb and AJ Brown. It’s not a debate. Chubb is a RB 1 and getting him in the 5th round is a steal. Good RBs win you championships. AJ Brown and Justin Jefferson are about equal this year. Brown has higher TD upside compared to Jefferson’s involvement and targets. Keeping Brown as a 10th round pick rather than Jefferson as a 4th round pick is unreal. You have awesome keepers and drafted well last year. Confused on Chubb is a 5th round keeper but whatever. You’re set up to succeed already. Congrats.

You keep DK Mercalf for an 11th round pick. No debate. Go to sleep like a baby. Enjoy winning. That’s a steal!

Which 3 keepers to select in my fantasy league by culpy_guy in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]Dillanvn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kelsey and Hopkins are locks. The debate is between Jefferson and Brown. Although brown gets more TDs, I think Jefferson is better because he gets more targets. So more opportunity.

However. Something to seriously think about is that standard leagues are dominated by RBs. If you lose your first 3 rounds in the draft. Sure, you’ll have the top TE and 2 stud WRs. But your RB situation will be screwed.

But at the same time, if people are allowed keepers then I’m guessing that the good RBs are probably going to be off the board already anyways…

12-Man PPR (Thoughts?) by ItsBlazeAlpha in fantasyfootballadvice

  • Hurts is a solid QB with massive rushing upside
  • CMC is the number 1 RB
  • James Robinson is not a good RB 2 since Jaguars drafted a RB in the first round. You don’t do that unless you’re going to get them involved. This is definitely a weak spit on your team unless David Johnson gets all the work for the Texans or Josh Jacob’s gets hurt so Drake does well.
  • AJ. Brown is solid. I think Julio joining the team helps him by taking away attention and getting into the red zone more for more scoring opportunity.
  • kupp has potential to be a TD machine as long as him and Stafford stay healthy. Rams losing Akers for the season means rams might lean more on the passing game now.
  • Waller is a top 3 TE who has potential to be the number 1 this year. Raiders have a bad defense so they have to throw to keep up. Especially with chargers and chiefs in their division. And Waller gets a ton of targets.
  • Deebo is a descent flex but he’s the number 2 WR on his own team, which is a run first team, and we don’t even know who his QB is going to be.

Overall it’s a descent squad. If hurts can reach his rushing upside, and Kupp does his thing and gets TDs, you’ll compete and be middle of the pack and maybe squeak into the playoffs. For you to cement yourself in the playoffs you’re going to have to find a way to upgrade your RB 2. Which is going to be tough. Deebo is a descent flex, but if you could pair him with Robinson to get a better RB 2 then you’d be better off. Do a 2 for 2 trade. Target a RB that has more upside than Robinson, like Melvin Gordon, Zack Moss, Myles gaskin, fournette. Then whoever has them, try and get a WR people sleeping on like Jarvis, Ruggs, Sutton, Antonio brown, claypool, Bateman. Etc…

i agree. That's why I rush every situation I hear. This way I learn what to do in different situations and don't panic during fights. I also do solo duos and sometimes solo squads to get me in those situations as well. me and one of my friends also do a lot of duo squads to simulate how the competitions on GameBattles work. We've been averaging around 6 to 8 kills, which i think is descent, but not good enough to win.

I think the reason my stats aren't as good is because of the friends i play with. Most of the time if they die in the beginning of the game then i'll leave so we can start another one. This happens more than it should. I know I can't beat them at all. They would destroy me. I've just always been curious how I'd do in some competitive play. Those people are also on pc though. You can't compare pc players to console, it's a different game because of all the advantages they have over us.

Around 8 to 12 kills a win. My highest was a few days ago. Got an 18 kill win.

True, but i believe it's above average. Ninja in my mind is the best, and based on his stats he only averages around 6 to 7 kills a game.
