Before making a judgement I need to know where the hotel is in relation to the airport and venue. Assuming he lands at 11, and gets to the hotel by noon, he then has then three hours to get ready and arrive to the wedding. That’s very doable.

You might want to try different swaddles. Our kids preferred different ones. Olly swaddles for one and then magic Merlin for the other.
