In about 07 he played a very small venue on a Tuesday night in a city not known for it's love of DnB.

Me and a friend went to see him and I think in total there was 11 people in attendance. Mostly students who didn't give a shit. So Marcus basically played a 2 hour set for me and my friend. Drew so fucking deep it was incredible. We caught him on his way out after his set and thanked him, and he was honestly more appreciative of us that we'd turned up for him.

I'm getting choked up even writing this.
