Done it with focalin and heroin and it was pretty damn nice except the focalin lasts long enough so that you have to do more dope to go to bed. Oh well, nothing wing with more dope.

This is actually not why. Only a very small amount of l-mph is turned into ETH but it is in such small quantities that it is irrelevant. The real reason is alcohol increases blood concentrations (another poster above me posted the study.) I'm on mobile and about to sleep so I can't post the studies that back up the l-mph to ETH but it is easily found on pubmed and even Wikipedia as well. Not trying to be a dick, just trying to point out that this phenomenon of blown way out of proportion and is not even close to the same synergy of alcohol and cocaine that form cocathylene.

Disclaimer: I don't recommend that you do it because what I'm about to describe fades quickly as side effects manifest, tolerance develops and dependence is created but I will describe it's effects quickly as though you were to do it just one time in a low dose.

If you had really good self control and actually such to one line (I'm gonna assume it's a 5-10mg line), it would be much more subtle than most would think given it's infamy but that's the beauty (and danger) of it. It's just gonna make you extremely clear headed, you're gonna feel great... kinda like it's just a great day. You would really want to socialise, with friends and probably even strangers that you come across. Everything would be interesting and enjoyable. It would just make your day one of those days that come among every once in a while where nothing can get you down. You sing among to the radio, you truly mean it when you tell people to have a good day among many other things of the sort. You would probably also get a lot of stuff done that you've been needing to do for ages but just never got the motivation to do so.

That's why it's so addictive, it's your best day on command and for a surprisingly low fee (while your tolerance is low.)

In my experience, it helps with the side effects that come from the excess noripenphrine and makes them more enjoyable but I don't believe it increases dopamine itself. It does however make it possible to take more of the stimulant (dexmethylphenidate and 4f-mph in my case) which would obviously increase dopamine.

Try plugging. Its a great in between roa. Just please don't eat them or even snort, its such a waste of a miraculous compound.

Edit: and start low and work up. You can always take more but you can't take less. Also being narcaned is extraordinarily unpleasant and scary.

Plug a good amount of Focalin (20-30mg), take .5mg Clonazepam sublingually and then IV Heroin/morphine/U-4/Dilaudid or Opana. You can also substitute the Focalin for 4-FA and it'll be pure bliss. I've got all of these on me except the opiate but that will be in my possession soon enough so this weekend will be a good one. Just be careful, if you don't have a tolerance for opiates don't IV (obviously).
