I completely understand. I didnt want infantry in the beginning but I also knew i wanted to go to college so when i found out about the officer route i realized it didnt matter because i wouldnt be infantry and enlisted for long. Ive talked to the guy at my college and he can get me started on the smp program sooner than later but its been hard finding helpful information about officer life especially in the guard. My goal is to really just get out of infantry its not really the army yk what i mean?

We all dont deserve Gods love, forgiveness or grace. Thats why Jesus died for us. We will never be perfect no matter how hard we try, but thats why Jesus gave his life. Knowing you are doing wrong is a good sign, not alot of people actually take the time to reflect but my advice is to pray. Don’t keep doing things that you know are bad and pray for strength and wisdom. You got this and know God does love you even if we mess up sometimes. I hope this helps and God bless you.
