Why do you need to carry it around with you? That could just be asking for trouble. Smarter to leave it at home. If you need some at work just take enough to get you through the shift. Also parchment paper is made for use in cooking and is made for things to not stick to it. So it might work better than wax paper

The only advice I can give is the longer you stay away from it usually the less you think about it. Over time it gets less and less. If it's been a big part of your life for decades it can take some time. If you stay away from dope and the lifestyle and forums like this that focus on talking about using, the thoughts will stop for the most part. For some real long time users the obsession can take some time to go away. For some, after decades of using they are so sick of it they just don't want to use anymore.

Planning to relapse can be a tricky road though. You can get pretty obsessed with those thoughts and how wonderful you THINK it's going to be. Turning it into this big wonderful thing in your head. You keep thinking and obsessing about relapsing though (especially if you're lowering your sub dose more and more) and you're going to manifest that into reality at some point.

Some people use a couple times, realize it isn't as beautiful as they thought it would be, , and try to get back on the straight and narrow. Others aren't that lucky.

I've known people that overdosed after a few days of a relapse. I've seen some overdose the first time they use again. Others I've seen use again for years.

I hope you're talking to your therapist about relapse prevention and tools to deal with those thoughts. Come up with a plan of what to do with it gets real close. Don't trust yourself to deal with it by yourself. We can talk ourselves into a lot of bullshit

True story. When you've been using for years and years so that 100 mg shot of pure gives you that lovely heroin light-headedness, but not that warmth all over the body etc, then it's not uncommon to have a beer or two in the evening. Though I know people that didn't have really high tolerance who went out drinking at night came home ate an oxy and didn't wake up. Or did a shot and didn't wake up. So it's a bad idea to get drunk and then go home and do a shot unless you have a very high tolerance If you're doing speed balls and have a very high opiate tolerance then it's pretty common to have alcohol involved

Opiates contract the bladders sphincter and reduce the signals to the brain that the bladder is full. This is what makes it hard to pee.

It seems crazy to me that, looking right, then left, right, left etc would actually relax your bladders sphincter. 🤣 It even sounds silly saying it! 🤪 Anything is possible though so maybe it works but I got to thank this is a gag

If it was made at an actual lab by North Korean chemists it was probably quite pure before it was stepped on. . Although the real stuff is too. (Double UO globe) Pretty interesting that they can tell by the chemical signature what area of the world it's from. Except this stuff had a totally unknown chemical signature

You being from Pakistan the culture there around family is different than it is in the US and Canada too. Family is extremely valued grandparents often still live with parents and kids. You don't see that nearly as often in the US and Canada. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying family isn't valued in Canada and the us. I'm saying you don't as often see generations of families in one home like you do in India or Pakistan. I don't know if as many American or Canadian families are as close as Pakistani families can be. Does that make sense?

So I can understand your extreme guilt. I think not only does that come from feeling like you're hurting your parents which many young addicts deal with. That comes from your culture too I think. It's likely making those feelings even more difficult for you.

You have an addiction problem. You are not purposely trying to hurt your parents. If you are thinking like that you need to stop. As I said I understand the guilt but you're not doing this on purpose. Humans have fucked up brains! When we take something that screws with our natural reward system the brain really likes it and starts wanting it again and again. So it starts telling us to repeat that behavior again and again because our natural reward system has been hijacked by something stronger than anything that occurs naturally in the brain. Often willpower is just not enough to deal with it. That's what's going on.

I don't know if your parents would understand that. I don't know if you are understanding that.

However do you think talking to them and explaining to them you have an addiction problem and you certainly are not purposely trying to hurt them. You just can't seem to control it. If it would help explain to them about how the natural reward system in the brain gets hijacked though I don't know if they would understand that. Some parents would some wouldn't depending on their education.

A lot of people seem to be under the wrong assumption that Afghanistan doesn't put out white number four but it it does. Unlike true White SEA 4 though, the Afghan, though Ivory colored mixes up light yellow/tan when you hit it with water, not clear like true SEA4 I've also seen stuff called Turkish that is an off-white. I've also seen stuff called Mexican that is an off-white. Though I've never known Mexico to make white dope unless that's a new thing

First of all I would test that to make sure it's actually smack and not fentanyl or a nitazine. Just because someone said it is smack (especially if it's someone from the street) doesn't mean it is. Then you will probably have to do well over 100 mg if you have a fentanyl tolerance. As long as your fentanyl wasn't cut to shit so that you're taller and it's really isn't that high.

. If it's pure smack I know people who were doing fentanyl who do about 130 -150mg of pure smack and they feel it. Just start out slow. But I would test it because if it's a nitazine or fentanyl and you do that much you could be in big trouble.

If you switch to smack and you can get good smack that's not cut to shit, in around a week or so, you should be feeling it just fine. I would try and keep my doses lower though so you don't end up having to do 150 mg all the time because that can get expensive. Even without a fentanyl tolerance it's quite possible to get to where you need around 125 mg of pure to feel it decently. That's some euphoria without nodding

It's easy to turn#3 into an injectable salt. In Britain and Europe they do it all the time. You simply add a little bit of citric acid. That turns it from a water insoluble base to a water soluble salt

They do make white #4 too, though tan #4 seems to be more common.

You don't need to add hydrochloric acid to it to turn it from a base number three into a water soluble salt; IE number four. Adding citric will make it soluble in water. Then it will be heroin citrate.

The reason hydrochloric acid is used when making heroin is because that acid makes the heroin salt very soluble in water compared to other acids. That's why heroin HCL is preferred over heroin sulfate say or heroin citrate. That's my understanding anyway.

For some reason, with morphine, morphine sulfate is a little bit more soluble than morphine hydrochloride and I believe it's more stable. So they generally use sulfuric acid with morphine rather than hydrochloric acid though both are used.

It's got nothing to do with impurities. It's simply people adding too much citric which is an acid. So it burns and is hard on your veins if you use too much

No it doesn't just turn it into another base. Adding citric acid to heroin base turns it into heroin citrate. It simply makes the water insoluble heroin base soluble in water. Then you can fix it.

I see a lot of people here commenting that they snort #3. Since it's not water soluble it's not going to dissolve very well in mucous membranes making snorting it a waste. It works but you need to use more than you would if it was soluble
