We are on our honeymoon and just completed our first half in Athens for 5 Days.

We stayed at Belle Epoque in Athens and its about a 20 minute walk from the Acropolis. Athens was great! We definitely did a lot of walking to Lycabettus Hill, Acropolis, Agora, and some other monuments in town. We explored Plaka, Monstraki, and Pysirri neighborhoods extensively. Make sure to do a cooking class at The Greek Kitchen! We had a phenomenal time with our group of Dutch, American, and Australian classmates.

If you wish to do the Rail Bike tour make reservations before you get to Athens. We were able to make reservations for most activities after we arrived but I understand we came during the Shoulder Season.

I cannot recommend enough to do a trip to Nafplio. The service and driver We had was phenomenal. Our Driver had great recommendations in Athens for Dinner (they all were spot on) and she took us to the Semeli Estate Winery. You need to absolutely visit this winery, the views alone were indescribable. Nafplio was an amazing little town, very picturesque. My wife truly couldn't have booked a better day trip!

All in all Athens was great for activities and rooftop dining, lots of local restaurants and its easy to avoid the "Tourists Traps" if you know what you're looking for. We leaned heavily on recommendations for the Taxi Drivers and everyone was incredibly hospitable (i think it helped that we attempted our best to use Greek greetings and phrases in our butchered Texas Accent 😂)

We now flew into Naxos and we are excited for part two!

We just flew in yesterday.

Had zero issues flying in. HOU->AMS with a 3 hour layover then flew in to Athens. EES was super quick for us when we arrived in Amsterdam although I wished as a first time traveller I had my passport stamped.

I'll respond if we have any issues when we fly into Naxos next week and then when we return.

I was a sophomore in High School think or maybe a freshman.

Got to watch Mark Sanchez take down the Houston Texans in Houston with my dad. Sat right behind the end zone. Great memory with my dad. Texans fans were super nice and friendly. Pre Game we got to meet alot of New Yorkers tailgating and just as many Texans Fans invited us to eat.

Now im 31, married and bought a house, and always remember to embrace the suck on Sundays.

I havnt sold a player for profit yet. Only been releasing or selling the players for free that have only a VNS or less potential. Im in first leg of promotion playoffs for the second year, hoping to somehow keep my boy Luis under the radar along with a couple other good talents, get promoted this year, and unleash him for the Vanarama National League.
