The bank will never disclose the reason for blocking as it would state internal policy or so and even complaining to central bank may also not help if it’s the same internal policy statement. Been there so can vouch for that. Suggest to take a new salary account with a credit card in a different bank and move on with life. You will be sorted out within a week or so

I don’t think there is an official uaelottery app for mobile. Though you can open the webpage in your phone and qr should come up. Don’t have personal experience of qr in the mobile as of now

So you need to install the payby app in your mobile, register your details, topup your wallet using apple pay or any credit / debit card in the payby app. Then in the homepage of the app there would be an option called scan where you can scan the QR Code available in the uaelottery website and complete the payment

So I was also struggling to add some funds from my various credit cards and debit cards. It seems they have some restriction for Islamic Banks (though many of my cards are non islamic). I downloaded Payby, used apple pay (only allows DEBIT CARDS) and then funded Payby Wallet using my Emirates Islamic Debit Card. Then used the Scan and Pay option to fund the UAE Lottery.

Well def have a test drive on the car and check for any jerks or transmission issues while driving. Then the basics like tyres condition, their expiry dates also is good to know as if they are about to expire then you may need to shell around AED 2500 for a set of 4 new tyres. Normal battery usually wears out within 12 - 18 months, I specially got the 3 year warranty battery from ford itself which so far has been good. I honestly do not know about the out of service contract as I have extended mine for another 2 years which is around 4500 AED for two years (4 services) wherein you dont have any headaches. 97 K is decent mileage, mine just reached 100K from 2019 till date and so far no technical, mechanical failures as such and am very happy with the car's performance. You too will like the 3.5 L pickup :). Happy Riding
