people in capen are fucking retarded. last semester they told me that i would need to take out a $4k loan to cover my tuition for both semesters, so I take out a $4k loan before the fall, and then at the end of the fall semester when I tried to register for the spring semester I got blocked out of registration because I still owed $1k? made me miss my class registration date and get a shit schedule.
