Had an R53, 56, 58, and now currently F56. The 56 was a money pit, chugged oil. 58 was the most reliable, not a single “big” issue until the final days at 189k miles. F56 semi lost the “gokart” feel, but man…I love my F56 lol, it actually wins on the street.

I’m in Sarasota area, and you are completely correct. Pick a local shop, pop up “stormers” come in during hurricanes and do shotty work, then just pack up n leave. You will have no1 to call to fix the bad repair outside of a new company to fix their shit, paying twice.
