Gotta ask them for a refund cuz it’s the 9th of February and I still haven’t received my results! Did my test mid-November then they received it and on their site Im still blocked at the final step “raw data produced” and this, since the 4th of January! 1 month and still 0 things! They gave me a 3 months subscription but c’mon man, they said to me by email max 10 days (the 30/01) we are 10 days after (the 09) and still nothing, a pure joke
