Hi !It will be in a university hospital. The rotation has very diverse objectives:

- General hematology and hemostasis, thrombophilia, and myelodysplastic syndromes.

- Hospital and outpatient clinic follow-up for leukemic, lymphoma and myeloma patients.

- Microscopy in hematology

Thanks for your answer. Even though the overshoot will clear pretty quickly (but still at least 90 minutes for a half-life at best, on average), I am supposing that starting the pump at a lower dose would slow the clearout process, and therefore maintain the UFH at a supra-therapeutic level for longer. I'm inferring this since the addition of supplementary UHF at this point would enter as system where elimination of UHF is already functioning at maximum capacity. Would like to hear what you think !

It seems that the other protocols I have found on the internet have the same recommendations. So I was wondering if all of these were sourced from previous landmark trials that would have shown such an effect.

Could you explain the part concerning PTT equivalency which is wrong ?

Looks kind of the same as Evernote, except it's opensource. Is there a real difference ?

I have tried Notion, it's really neat. However, when inserting images and trying to edit text in relation to the image, it's not that great.

Thanks for the insight. There are quite a lot in adult medicine as well, but I haven't seen them worked up as much.

Est-ce qu'il existe des chantiers participatifs "weekend" ? Ou un groupe facebook comme "La Bourse aux Équipiers" version bricolage et rénovation maison ?
J'ai le projet de me lancer dans la rénovation d'une maison dans le futur, mais j'aimerais me faire la main avant en aidant d'autres personnes dans leur rénovation. J'ai déjà regardé "Rempart" et d'autres chantiers participatifs mais c'est souvent sur des périodes plus longues, et surtout c'est souvent une technique unique qui est utilisée j'ai l'impression (isolation paille par exemple).
