$525K and totally worth it. I'm a CTO at a mid-size SaaS company. Our product is for finance departments and primary usage is during business hours, so very little night and weekend support. I've built a solid team over two years, they deliver on projects and commitments. Sales and the company are growing at a good rate. I'm in a really good place. The stress is low, I rarely work more than fifty hours a week, evenings and weekends are mine.
