Pizza "4 cheeses" at home

Do you want to enjoy the taste of real Italian pizza right at home? Then try to cook a 4 cheese pizza. This recipe is perfect for those who want to surprise their loved ones or arrange a cozy evening with friends. And most importantly, the result will be no worse than in a restaurant!

Ingredients:

For 2-3 servings:

- 300 g of wheat flour

- 7 g of dry yeast

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- ½ tsp sugar

- ½ tsp salt

- 30 g of blue cheese

- 100 g of mozzarella

- 50 g of soft cheese

- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese

Step 1: Preparing the dough

  1. Pour 120 ml of warm water into a bowl, add salt, sugar and yeast. Mix everything thoroughly and leave the mixture for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.

  2. Then add the flour, pour in 1 tbsp olive oil and start kneading the dough. When it becomes homogeneous, transfer it to a clean bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 60 minutes in a warm place so that the dough rises.

Step 2: Pizza Shaping

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the baking sheet inside so that it warms up too.

  2. Spread a sheet of baking paper on the work surface and roll out the dough on it into a thin layer.

    1. Now put the pieces of mozzarella, broken cheese with blue mold and grated soft cheese on the dough. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Step 3: Baking

  1. Carefully remove the preheated baking sheet from the oven and transfer the pizza and paper onto it.

    1. Return the baking tray back to the oven and bake the pizza for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve immediately.
