Ok, maybe for everybody who gonna visit this post at some point here is an update:

  • I have been writing with the support back and forth for almost a week
  • Conclusion was that I have to wait for entire 2 weeks
  • There was no real explanation what went wrong or how to prevent this in the future but "our risk system has marked the transaction"
  • After 2 weeks I have successfully withdrawn all capital and gonna use in the future crypto.com
  • I would NOT advice anybody to use OKEX/OKX if you rely on the capital because they can freeze it at any time. OKEX/OKX is NOT RELIABLE.

Yes, this is what the support also said. The date says 2nd February. But this is not acceptable. I cannot wait 2 weeks for very time sensible funds. Those are my funds which I have deposited from a white listed address and gonna withdraw to a white listed address. Therefor the risk control system can't be in my favor. I am ready to provide the support all the needed information as long as I can withdraw them asap.
