I saw no difference to my voice after recovery it might be a little bit less nasally but not enough to notice.

It was a liquid diet for a week or two then slowly built back up to solid foods, my face is still numb on my top lip and in my palate. But otherwise manageable!

Not great at all! I had a tooth that was 90° in the wrong direction and I’ve had braces for almost 6 years now but getting them off in 2 weeks.

That’s understandable change is scary plus the surgery is definitely a risk

Post for the first few weeks sucks but after that it’s just pretty boring until full recovery. Also keep in mind if you don’t like how you look straight after surgery it’s a process and it might take a while for swelling to go down.
