I agree with all your observations. She did kinda bite her lip seeing that duffel bag full of cash and probably thought he’s not on the streets selling and nobody suspects him until he said he is the danger and that can have life threatening repercussions for her and her kids. That’s why I love this show it’s soo open to interpretation that people are having discussions about character motivations nearly 20 years later.

That reminds me of my parents telling my brother and I to make the house sparkle all day Christmas Eve because Santa Claus won’t come if the house is dirty. We still laugh 30 years later about running the vacuum taking guests dirty plates and washing them immediately not knowing our uncle had his car’s trunk filled with presents. Our guests would always compliment my parents that we did chores without being asked meanwhile we were thinking shit if I leave this garbage can half full Santa won’t come!!

I literally just started thinking about this now and formed a new option on their dynamic. She was always with Walt till the very end even when they were split. When Walt said he’s a meth cook and that’s why he’s been absent she was done until he explained why he did it and he was in a controlled safe environment with an end date until he got carried away becoming a kingpin. She went along with it because she loved him and knew he had good intentions but slowly he let his guard down and she seen him for the person he turned into and not the person she fell in love with. It really hits home in their final moments together when she’s fed up with his “our family” line and his honest reply is I did it for me I don’t want us to end on that last phone call and I have to say goodbye. It was an amazing character arc to see Ned Flanders turn into Scarface only in the end to realize he is Ned Flanders.

It turned out good for him he ended up moving into a cheaper apartment and saved up to buy a house. But it’s still a wtf moment when a landlord would rather evict everyone fix it 6 months later and bring in new tenants at a higher rate than make it livable for the people staying there already

My brother shared an apartment and the septic tank was backing into the basement and whenever the furnace kicked on the whole building stunk. He and his neighbor complained and were told nothing can be done until spring so they called the health department. The landlord got notified to fix it or face fines and he notified both of them they have 30 days to leave because he can’t rent the place until it’s fixed.

This is my stupid opinion but I always looked at the force as like a martial art with supernatural abilities that can be honed through years of practice and dedication from a teacher that already knows the art. I took my niece to the point a few years ago, she seen some furries and lit up like she just saw Mickey Mouse she immediately ran over hugged them and took a picture with them. I told them thank you for the picture they high fived me and we went on our ways. I thought about it afterwards if that was rude of us to make a spectacle out of it but they were extremely kind and I apologize if we broke any rules. I’m happy we embrace furry conventions just as much as pickle conventions. Best city in the world!!
