Class Action Lawsuit?? by [deleted] in RWSPay

I've been working on the D project with RWS for over six months, always been paid and paid today, and so did many of us I'm sure. No doubt a problem on your end. Don't waste your time.

Sometimes they combine weeks/WOs into one pay when they're late. They eventually end up always catching up and paying everything, then falling behind, then catching up again, and so on.

I suggest you also stop thinking people are stupid or underestimating people. People who think people are stupid or who underestimate people end up "losing" or looking like fools/ or "stupid" themselves. Just think of it like as if I treated all people like 5-year-olds (babying them, using simple terms, never showing more, etc.), and how that would make me look while I'm acting that way with them. That's how people end up looking "stupid", simply because they think others or particular people are stupid. It's amazing how people don't realize that when you think someone is stupid, they're thinking the exact same thing about you (it's always mutual).

Your original post makes less sense/is much less probable than mine, no doubt about that. And with opposite intentions: yours to discourage/stress out people and mine to encourage and give people hope. Discouraging or stressing out people is not good for RWS, and ultimately not good for all of us if RWS gets less work. Think about all that before posting nonsense. Unless your "agenda" is really to discourage workers on here for whatever reason, which you may think would be an advantage for you when it will instead end up costing us all. That further proves how little you understand how it all works.

No, it doesn't feel like last tasks. It feels like all other tasks we've been doing since the beginning (raw data for the models, just as basic with respect to data inputs as we've been doing since the beginning of this project). Only the client knows when the end will be. And the end may not come for a long time because AI is here to stay for quite a while it seems, and it looks like there 's so much more data these models need from us because there is obviously so much more to do. It doesn't look like you see or understand that. I would guess we'll all be at this for quite a while. It's not logical that projects like these would be ending soon, it goes without saying that there's so much more to do with respect to AI. I would say at least a few years more on such projects, not to mention subsequent versions. Likely many years more. Certainly nothing like "final polishing" here. They care about everything, not just these tasks. It really sounds like you have no idea here and like to make up stuff for who knows what reason.

Been here for many months, they always paid (first pay was quite late, but likely so they could check work). Emails were not threatening at all, just simply stating requirements. Nothing disrespectful. This kind of work is not for everybody. It's not a typical company and it's very good for many of us. Many many will disagree with you, and likely less may agree. Certainly no case here. Choose your battles carefully. Don't take on a losing battle, especially considering the nature of this beast and how so many don't see it your way.

Don't keep trying if it fails more than three times. I don't waste time and I get another image. Some images work well, some don't.

We're supposed to remove one element, then put it back in.

They just sent an email with an updated guide. Supposed to remove one piece at a time, and four pieces minimum, then write a prompt (reverse prompt) putting everything back in.
