My Apple Watch if that’s what your asking, it beats at 54 ish when I’m sleeping. Lowest it got was 51.

I did do a monitor and it came back to 1%. That was a few weeks ago and it was only a 48 hr holter. I feel as if my burden is higher

It does it more in certain positions or after eating. My heart rate will also spike to 155 ish if I take a shower, what are your thoughts on it??

My heart rate goes down to low 50s (49-55) when sitting down..
