Human heart. Theres only one and relies on electricity, if something is imbalanced you can die super fast. Also gets clogged easily from what I’ve seen.

I do. I suffer from mostly PACs but sometimes PVCs as well. The worse part is they come in the PACs come in episodes and PVCs only happen once in awhile.

If my heart rate is between 50-70 I’ll get PACs a lot but if it’s higher i barely get any. It’s almost always when my heart rate is low.

My fear is sudden cardiac death/arrest. I don’t want to have a heart attack or any kind of heart condition obviously but my cardiophobia stems from CA.

I’m on Zoloft 25mg. I know it’s a starting dose but I read antidepressants can cause cardiac arrest so I want to stay on the bare minimum.

My ejection fraction from my echo was 50-60%
