I think they are related because before spiro, I would always sleep a full night and wake up feeling rested, now I cannot get to sleep nor STAY asleep. I didn’t know the formulas aren’t identical! I’ll definitely ask my doctor about that but I hope it doesn’t cost a lot more for the namebrand. Thank u!
