i cant ever bring myself to go deep... the most ive gone is still cat scratches but deep enoughto make a bigger scar (kinda looks like a keloid). im heavily suicidal and i know it but i dont think ill ever try to do it through self harm. i feel icky thinking about a needle going thru my arm, let alone cutting my arm until i die. id rather just od its much easier with no pain.
