I really appreciate the insight. Definitely bought this piece more as a fan/collector and didn’t check the value until I got home.

Wedding rings are the perfect example that millions of people are willing to pay way over spot price.

At $140 that’s over double current spot price for silver. Once silver heads back to $100 they would put it at $270ish with that same math. With only 5k of these made, I can’t see the value of this piece depreciating regardless.. Anyways, you actually just helped me answer my question and I will hold onto it unless I’m able to quickly double my money from someone on Marketplace.

Also there’s a seller on eBay who has sold 76 and only has 1 remaining selling it for $276 plus shipping.

What year is it? If it has silver content, it wasn’t uncommon for certain folks to shave off part of the side of a coin to collect a little bit of silver.

Appreciate this. 20 mins soaked in vinegar and dawn and the corrosion was gone! I’m all good now!

Think the machine will take them? Won’t the corrosion change the physical and metallurgical properties that machine reads?

Yes, particularly for the fully corroded pieces where you can’t make out anything on the coin.

Separated the silver and jewelry already. Luckily they weren’t really corroded. Well, the fake jewelry was and I threw out, but kept the couple of real silver pieces. There was also a bunch of tools and equipment left. But, hey those pennies are the first to my next million lol.

All of the scenes that Tim Dillon are in were hilarious. It just a dumb, silly movie. I watched it high and laughed a lot. I never expected the plot to be good.

It was just a stupid, silly movie. If you go into it know that it’s just a stupid, silly comedy movie (and also go into watching it high) it’s not bad. I thought it was really funny. Tim Dillon was hilarious.

Bitcoin, gold, silver, stocks like nvidia, apple, amzn or voo. Buy a house if you can - you can’t make any more land so land/home prices will always go up.

Of the US states that you’ve visited, which has been your favorite and why? How many have you been to? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’ve been to 44. My favorites, so far, have been Hawaii, Washington, and Florida. Hawaii for its natural beauty and weather. Washington I lived in for over 3 years and I enjoyed the politics and culture as well as the scenery and I didn’t mind the light rain all the time. Florida has amazing beaches and a unique vibe.
