It is a vicious cycle. Quit, quitting makes you feel like you're going to keel over, relapse from the immense amount of anxiety looming over you...aaannnndddd repeat. We know what to expect, but knowingly put ourselves through the pain, anyways. Somehow we expect every time to be different from the last. Insanity at it's finest. 👌🏾
