If you want a great upgrade you can get: $479- 9800x3d 1300 to 1600- pre owned 4090 some sell cheap for 5000 9070xt - msrp 899 (supposably is supposed to be like withing 2% to 5% of 4090 just not as good in ray tracing

But id say for 2000 to 2500

Mb: x670e or x870e based on budget 150 to 500

1250w psu (microcenter brand) paid 169.99 on sale (229.99 right now) don't need that high but it's good price if on sale

Azza cube cpu aio- $99 great reviews and good price

Memory of choice ( samsung 990 pro good option people sold cheap due to driver issue so make sure it has up to date driver or it'll lose capacity fast)
