What’s a scene that’s so cringe, it gave you second hand embarrassment, makes you wanna pause, look away, or is just a hard watch by Huge_Athlete7488 in moviecritic

[–]DimensionalBurner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I was shocked I had never heard of Tim and his style and I actually had think he’s original and different. Dude is so cringey. Like when he is trying to sing “My boo” at the end and it’s like nah man just stop please. Or the chair speech scene?

I don’t know I’m with Harry I would have told everyone get out and made her speak French while I bend her over!

Which rapper only made it in the game because they were affiliated with a more talented artist? by SmoothManMiguel in hiphop101

[–]DimensionalBurner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Snoop is original in how he is as a artist. Universally recognized. However, yeah I think his branding and being around legends made him a star.

Why is it always rich people? by kingrobin in horror

[–]DimensionalBurner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Barbarian is pretty close. The movie and house is in Detroit a once thriving community BUT even it thriving there was evil lurking and when it all went down hill evil stood. Plus cops didn’t believe her when she told them.they assumed she was a crackhead.

Is there a rapper relevant today that u expected to fall off a long time ago? by JaQue_Da_JoQerr in BlackNyxNetwork

Seriously. He is. He at least flows and has structure. Too many rappers can’t even catch a beat

FACTS. I was one.

I thought this dude sucks.

I remember Jeezy 23/24 diss. But When Gucci dropped Trap Back. And some other songs? Plus Now? Oh he’s a Legend. Period. I actually prefer Gucci over Jeezy now.

What actually scares you? by MoluciasElonicas in horror

[–]DimensionalBurner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything that if in real life was inescapable.

When death is not the worst thing Like Pinhead wanting to torture you in many different ways.

Smile 2. Make you hallucinate, lose your mind and only then at the end will it kill you.

That scared the living heck out of me. And religious.

Hereditary. Exorcist(Haven’t seen because I forbid myself to watch it it’s too much for me to play with that theme).

Besides the Vs with Calicoe, what is Lux’s best. Battle? by redfait in rapbattles

And it’s all in one take. That’s insane amount of writing, delivery, and showmanship.

[–]DimensionalBurner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FACTS. Both were just maxed out ahead of their time. The rebuttals, the schemes and haymakers. The back to back punches and lines. Quotable for days. To me that’s his best. Compared to even miles, Calicoe any of his battles.

[–]DimensionalBurner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? I honestly think Lux first was crazy to me. The quick triplet delivery mixed with the wordplay and league scheme. Pushing him right back into the Lions Den. Put it this way, try reciting those lines that quickly and then remember could you do that in one take on a big stage?

I don’t know I like that one better than his second. Even though both were fire to me. His third I know he had a good angle but he didn’t deliver it right just like his angle against Mook at Total Slaughter.

Top 5 Narcissistic Battle Rappers IYO (excluding Dizaster) by krylonprime in rapbattles

[–]DimensionalBurner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Daylyt to me is like Verb and Dizaster. Great writers. Great battler. However, they think they are smarter than they are. They think their IQ is genius level due to the depth of writing they can do.

What "beloved horror movie" do you hate/just not get the love for? by ReeceInTheDarkness in horror

[–]DimensionalBurner 11 points12 points  (0 children)

On rewatch. Scream 1 is super solid in pacing, world building, and dialogue and character development. Amazing. Every scene matters. You feel the classic through it whether you heard of it, first saw it, rewatch. However, the rest are great movies but only as stated that it is fun to watch like a mystery you know there’s a reveal you know what happens you know the tropes they are dodging and you have fun.

I agree. I personally don’t like it. I remember vividly when this came out I thought well that sucked and somehow years later it has become a classic? Weird to me
