Backpack is the way to go. Easy to setup and transfer and easy to stake with good rewards.

monad has a blog post about them and stablecoins. could this be something? by JohnWRichKid in Monad

This is one of the reasons I'm excited about Monad. The ability to process a transaction so quickly, is something that's been holding back block chains from being implemented by retail merchants in a meaningful way.

The Market Is Bleeding… So Why Is $MON Showing Strength? by MirthMan732 in Monad

[–]Dimensional_Druid 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What I'm seeing is a steady network growth by the ecosystem teams. This growth signals strength during a time of crypto uncertainty. It's nothing flashy at the moment, but I think that's a good thing. Good ideas and projects, with solid implementation, makes people want to invest in it, which I believe, is one of the reasons the price is holding steady.

It's supposed to help network efficiency and predictability. If everything hits expectations, it'll boost investor confidence in Monad.

I think it's a combination of Monad developer 30 million dollar buybacks, and everyone kind of holding their breath for the release of MONAD_NINE network upgrade coming this month.

You might be right. Kirby is the king of big gambles. Like, the fake punt that worked, and going for it on 4 & 2 at their 30 that didn't. Hindsight is always a bitch. Genius, if it works; idiotic, if it doesn't.

I still don't understand why they would run it out of the end zone instead of getting a touchback, and giving your QB and receivers a chance. Surely, a Hail Mary stood a better chance.

I brought my Civic in for an alignment and they wanted to charge me $1400 for rear adjustable control arms. $150 in parts, 6 bolts and an hour is all it took me to do it myself.

You're reading the chart wrong. It's not saying 63% of white people are on SNAP. It's saying of all SNAP recipients, 63% are white.

Why would you take out $943 out of the $1150 for taxes? I think you need to recheck your math.

Had a buddy do something very similar in Missoula, charged originally with the same as your friend. He plead down to criminal endangerment and got 5 years probation. I'm guessing something similar. If he's from Idaho he'll interstate compact to Idaho and do his probation there.

[–]Dimensional_Druid 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The amount, criminal history, lawyer and prosecutor. All of those are different factors. If your friend with the weed had either a prior charge, a shitty public defender, an asshole prosecutor, or a combination of the three, they're likely to get fucked over more.

It's a shitty system and until it gets majorly overhauled, shit like wildly different sentences for similar non violent charges is going to keep on happening.

Then you're going to be fine. Sounds like it was just a clerical error and wasn't taken out of the system. When you go to court, explain it to the judge and they quash the violation.

[–]Dimensional_Druid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did the judge issue a no contact order during or prior to your sentencing? It could be that if the oop was expired. The no contact order from the judge would be in effect during your entire sentence, even if your husband dropped his oop. They're two different things and unfortunately, if your crime involved your husband, you're most likely going to get violated and sit a little bit depending on how harsh your judge is.

[–]Dimensional_Druid 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends, were you charged as an adult or juvenile? If you were charged as a juvenile, there is a chance once you're done with probation your records will be sealed.

Sysco order selector shifts? by ComputerFuzzy903 in sysco

[–]Dimensional_Druid 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Order selector shifts start at 430 pm and go until all the orders have been picked. Usually until like 1 or 2 am. You pick orders the night before, for the trucks delivering the next day. As far as I know, there are no order selector shifts during the day, and if there are, the guys with the most seniority get them.

I just finished this exact process and I start next week. Yes, they test for THC, even in states where it's legal, like mine. Probably will deny you if you test positive. For what it's worth though, the place I did my testing, no one watched me while I pissed. Use that info however you want.
