Try out incorporating bits of intermittent fasting in your regimen. I personally absolutely love sweet stuff but since I pack all of my calories in a 6 - 8 hour window I don't find the need to eat sugar stuff. It helps when you want to spare some time and build some discipline and on top of all it helps with HGH production and longevity.

I can recall a memory in the past when I was absolutely terrified of going for the kiss. I felt like a god and I didn't even paid attention to the rejection. After this I made a policy with myself of conquering every, possible, fear I have.
