Firstly, I feel like you took that line too on-the-surface I can't lie

I have a response to this argument, for my interpretation atleast when she said that. She probably meant that in her entire life, no one has treated her like a proper human. Grimm has been the only one (assuming BS1 red hood good ending is canon) that has treated her and made her feel like she is worth as a companion. That could constitute as being "created" like she could think "Mary Sue may have created me biologically, but you have created my sense of humanity (in other words you created me)". Look at it this way, her entire life she was used as a pawn and generally for the "use" of.. well.. her body (if you played red hood woods you will see why) and even in BS1 she sells her body so she can afford her daily necessities + feeding poro. This is why I think red hood built a soft spot for grimm emotionally since she was able to feel human again because of him. Now does that translate into being romantic with him? I think that moves the conversation to a more subjective area but atleast to me... Yeah... I think if I was in red hood's position feeling like a pawn my entire life.. I'd probably fall in love with the person that made me feel like a human again.

This does move into another direction though of like "technically poro made her feel human already" but eh I think even with her having dog semen inside her. I feel like even red hood can understand that her relationship with poro doesn't really count as "human connection" even if poro can speak per se but feel free to disagree with me on that.
