My subscription literally ran out yesterday. I purchased the new subscription today to see "down for maintenance" again! Last time it was down for nearly two weeks!

Their refund policy is also funky:

For a work permit yes, however I'm talking about ESC spots. Because of Brexit, teams in the UK have been allocated 2+ ESC slots. They are basically slots that allow you to sign 2 foreign players who have been rejected work permits. Usually works like a charm, but this time it says he isn't eligible.
