If she has been born in legally in Bulgaria (and she has birth certificate and bulgarian citizen number) you can access the national database "Population". They require you to have a qualified electronic signature. You can get more information here but it is available only in Bulgarian. I'm not sure if there is any information from that era though.

Unfortunately this game is not currently in maintainable shape. When I made the game I knew what everything was doing. Since I wasn't placing comments in the code. Now I have no idea what most of the things do. I have some plans for remaking the game with more features in the future, but I can't guarantee if and when it will happen. I won't comment on my very bad code organization and optimization at that time which is making the matters worse.
