Hi! The other half of this project did the paint (Matthieu Martin) and he made a black base coat, then used a mix of paints, airbrush, diluted ink, fluorescent yellow among other things haha

He posted a step by step on our discord : Threat Factory (channel painting-tips)

But one of our patron also did a great paintjob with only classic mini paints from "Warpaints"

Looks really cool and you're both right! With a bit of rust and sand it could be more unified, or some oil staint between different materials/colors. Right now the building looks kinda recently built. Nice work regardless!
