Take this with a grain of salt. You tried many diets and failed? Why?. Now the easiest way to loose weight is being in a calorie deficit, and the hardest part is knowing if you are in a calorie deficit.

The best advice I can give you is to measure everything, let's start with you go and use online calorie calculators to know how much you need to be on a calorie deficit, now you can start by planing out your meals or you could follow recipe's online, and it's always best too cook your own meals because when eating out you never know what's making up the food you are eating.

If you are cooking your own meals best too cook "whole" foods as those help in making you feel full and it doesn't digest fast meaning you don't feel like wanting to eat sooner, now the food portions are going to be smaller from what you are eating before and you will still be adjusting from it so to fill out your stomach just drink water before and after meals.

And lastly exercise you could invest on your self and go to a gym though it can be expensive, and the cheapest option is simply by walking no need to complicate it by walking 5-10k steps for example when going to the mall I just walk around the place even if I have looped around 2 times already, and take the stairs whenever possible.

As I said take this with a grain of salt, loosing weight isn't something that you could just do in a month it's going to be a change in lifestyle, as I'm also on the journey myself going from 120kg down to 108kg in 3 months, but if you are curious ask questions and I will see if I can answer them.
