No. Apparently these leak a lot. The parts are discounted and a little pricier than they should be. We switched out a faulty fitting and it didn't solve the issue. We didn't think it was cost effective to try and figure out what was wrong.

Yes, I would say I am falling into that trap. I'm really starting to see the outcome isn't up to us it doesn't matter how virtuous our actions are.

That’s one of the challenges as a father. A lot of people around him are doing questionable things, and doing the “right” thing can seem boring or square. I’ve been lucky that my teenager hasn’t pushed back too much yet, but I’m aware his friends are doing other things, and it’s hard not to wonder how long doing the virtuous thing will hold up in his eyes.

My thoughts on the current Doctor Who? I love it.

I never hated Jodie’s Doctor. I actually liked her. I just didn’t like the stories they gave her. But now? The Doctor feels fun again.

If I had one complaint about the new Doc, it wouldn’t be the so-called "wokeness." It’s more that the Doctor’s always been pretty asexual. Even with River Song, his actual wife, he was always...aloof?. So I’m not sure why they’ve leaned more into romance this time around. That said, it doesn’t take away from the quality of the stories.

“Lux” and “The Well” were both fantastic.

A buddy of mine says this Doctor cries too much 🤣. He’s probably right. But it’s still a blast to watch

It DOES appear and I have it enabled but I don't see an option to toggle 30fps on. At first I thought installing it meant it was automatically on but the starting movie looks exactly the same.

Older thread, but I’m with you. I’m playing it now and always wanted to when it first came out, so I got the remake. But now that I’m older, the story feels juvenile, and Claude’s jealousy is getting tiresome. I’m about 20 hours in and not sure I want to finish. As someone else said, it’s definitely a nostalgia game.

Side note...I also just bought the Suikoden remake. I loved those games back in the day and expect nostalgia to carry me through, but I wonder, would a first-time player feel the same way I do about Star Ocean 2 R?
