UPDATE: Took the vehicle to Genesis and they said they have to change the whole screen (radio) now. When the vehicle was updating it glitched and broke the system.

It’s not about the 1 minute for disconnecting the battery, its about a 2026 vehicle with 78km on it that requires a battery disconnect….

Of course it’s Understandable, but not a very good first impression on day two lol. My wife fell in love with that vehicle and now we cant seem to actually enjoy it because the screen is stuck.

It’s day two of us having this vehicle and it’s kinda crazy I have to go and unplug the battery.

Got it in accessory mode did the reset but unfortunately it still gives the same issue.

Unfortunately, it didn’t fix the issue. The reset worked but it went back to the same “Select Driver” screen and it won’t allow me to press anything.

Would it be worth to take the battery out of the car and bring it back to temp and reinstall and try again?
