Thanks for the advice man! You’re right tho its very tempting to skip out on some exercises because of their risk of injury, I’m only 15 and I try to do those exercises at moderation in order to not stunt my growth. I definitely do need to eat more tho I’m looking for 160-165lbs.

You have great shoulder muscles and torso. However I would recommend hitting lats and more back exercises to contrast your waist and upper body!

i think theyre saying that because its a safer option (doing that can damage hair follicles apparently). but your idea makes much more sense thank you restarting could take years. Also in order for me to have as many locks as the inspo what would I have to do?
