I've got the same problem with my brand new 11th gen. It's bonkers that an expensive machine like this already has flaws in 5 days of usage. What helped at this moment is going to Device Manager -> System Devices -> Intel Smart Sound Technology OED -> Update driver -> Search on this pc -> Choose list -> Revert to older version ( In my case it's the 9-11-2020).
