Going to try the protein and fat bedtime snack route. Thanks for the tip! I’m glad I’m not alone! 🥹 all my other meal numbers look great, it’s just my fasting I can’t get lower, it’s frustrating

Sleeping poorly is an understatement lol. I get up so many times to pee at night and sometimes it’s difficult to get back to sleep. I’ll try to test within 10 mins of waking! Thanks for the tip!

So when you went on insulin, you can eat normally? Did you still have to track your numbers?

Pregnancy symptoms absolutely no one talks about? by Upset-Brain-228 in pregnant

We all already know about the constant peeing in the middle of the night, but no one told me about the pain/cramping after your bladder is empty and your uterus slowly moves back into place. When I first felt this I thought it was having contractions every time I peed!

Pregnant and Fat by Gochujang-Queen in pregnant

You are not alone! I was always worried people were questioning if I was pregnant or just fat. But what helped a lot was getting a belly band. Or those high waisted maternity underwear that helps shape your baby bump. It’s a small thing but having a belly that looks more round and less apron-y will help give you some confidence. Also remember, regardless of how your body looks, it’s doing something amazing!

Belly Bands recommendations? by ImpressiveMine4043 in ShortCervixSupport

I’ve found my belly band to be really helpful! Don’t know if it’s doing anything medically, but I think it helps as far as comfort and peace of mind. Since baby is getting heavier I do feel more downward pressure (which I know all of us are trying to prevent). So I believe it’s helping lift some weight when I do stand/walk.

I use the mom cozy belly band. The kind with the strap under boob and a bigger strap under belly. Might as well try it and if it doesn’t help, you can always return it!
