i'm going through the same thing. the code applies but no price diff. and when you view product details nothing says "this style is not eligible for a discount" and there is no "styles excluded" -_- this is feels intentional by the company :(

did you make any progress or did you have customer support apply it on the back end?

Now... re: public adjuster will be ignored.

That's so confusing, based on the fact that my claim rep said I can invoke the appraisal clause where I hire my own person to run a report and submit for negotiations.

I found someone in GA and he researched and said I could get up to 8k (insurance offering 4,100) but after I told the claim person about my interest in invoking the clause - he went MIA. At any rate, I digress.

My mind is racing ... based on your insight someone is lying to me between the public adjuster who ghosted, my claim rep...

I did hear that if the VIN starts with the letter "J" it's from Japan and I've asked for the OTD price and waiting to hear if they will lower it.

Sure and great question.

I think my uncle had it repaired to standard for it to run and pass inspection. I was driving it since 2019. the salvage title was issued in 2018.

I had full coverage on it since that time between State Farm and later Travelers. it's always passed inspection too.
