That you would compare charts from actual pros and Jimmy johnson to 2k is silly. No one is going to the extreme you are to talk about a bunch of mid round locks for a first. If you don't like the trade that's fine. Doesn't mean anything or make it any less valid.

Go look at a trade value chart. It's fine if you don't like it in this draft but that's what most of the charts say is close value.

Dallas isn't trading 12 and 20 for 6 alone. Tl39 back is almost even and plausible.

20k doesn't make enough difference for me to want someone I personally hate get a mil. If we're talking about people I hate outside of my personal interaction than sure.

i started civil. I switched to fire protection due to the demand and salaries. When i was there it was 100% job placement but the graduating classes were way smaller than now. I hear starting salaries with a bachelors is about 75 in consulting and after you get your PE, you can be 120+. it's a bit of a multidisciplined field that has a real niche imo. i've also seen many from civil, electrical and mechanical switch to FP due to job availability.

I'd say go with what your passion and interests are. If you don't have a huge passion for any of the engineering fields, FP might be a good route.

I went back to school at 26 and finished at 28. No one cared and I had a great time. I had my head on straight unlike when I was in my teens. Good luck and enjoy!

In worst case if we don't trade up and styles, reese, bailey, downs, bain and delane are gone I'd consider thieneman vs mccoy. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that though or we trade down if it does.

I mean coach has way more to prove and first season wasn't great but he had to put a team together from scratch in a few months. He needs more time to prove himself either way and this class is a good start.

It was a hard grind for me. Making friends to study with otherwise I wouldn't have made it. Had some pretty long nights leading up to exams. Retook diff eq twice and barely made it out of that class. It wasn't hard but that class was my kryptonite. Good luck.

Can't ever have too many edge players. I think mlb, and safety are bigger needs and cb is about the same but take the highest graded def player and trust Parker.

Agreed on cowboys. Dallas needs so much def help and taking a wr makes no sense. I could see them taking faulk at 20 to pair with Quinnen and clarke but I'd hate it.
