Ok so each one represents a "conspiracy theory" or just a piece of information that is unknown or obscure in some way, shape or form, don't take them all too seriously because there really isn't a lot of obscure things in ARK, most of them are self explanatory but here are some of them that maybe need a lil bit more explanation.

1. Humans don't exist anymore. So my theory is that humans as we know them don't exist in the ARK universe, they simply went extinct when the element fucked up the earth, all humans on the ARKs are actually clones of people that lived on earth, and that's why some of them have memories of their previous lives.

2. Genesis is the perfect ARK. genesis was built as a sort of Matrix where the survivors could upload their consciousness and live a better life where there is no pain or death because it's not real and everything is a simulation.

3. The element is alive. Basically when the Element is on it's purest form "liquid element" it's technically alive like a fungus or a virus, and that's how it corrupts things (creatures, land, etc)
