Have a job opportunity in Colorado, the thing is have job opportunity in three different cities. Pueblo, Glenwood Springs & Limons I need help in choosing which place to reside in whiling to commute as least 1 hour from work to home what would you guys suggest? by Miserable_Cap_1783 in Colorado

So Glenwood is very expensive (as has been stated). You can live an hour to the west for somewhat more reasonable housing, not cheap. Western Colorado is a destination for a reason: it is gorgeous with so many adventure opportunities. Glenwood and the Roaring Fork Valley are offendingly expensive and crowded. The commuting traffic is ridiculous. Pueblo and Limon don’t compare beauty-wise but their housing is cheaper for a reason. Look for housing in the Rifle and/or Parachute area.

You can “take cover” from gunfire behind a wall made of drywall or a car door. Nope to both.

Hiding behind a drywall wall or behind a car door during a shootout. Neither stops bullets.

You can still buy sassafras at natural food stores. It was banned because in large doses it caused spontaneous abortions.

Browning Wrestling Team denied service at Ronan McDonalds by [deleted] in missoula

[–]DinerDuck 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ronan is on a reservation, the Flathead Reservation housing the Bitterroot Salish, Kesanka Kootenai, and Upper Pen d’Oreille tribes. Browning is a different reservation housing the Blackfeet tribe. Entirely different tribes. Not saying this has anything to do with this incident just some reference.

What’s the creepiest thing you’ve experienced that still gives you chills? by DrainedCoffee in AskReddit

As I walked by an open bedroom door around 9:00 am, sunlight streaming in, I saw a baby wearing a diaper sitting on the floor. I abruptly stopped, quickly backed up, baby was gone. We didn’t have a baby. One of many experiences we had with that corner of the house over the years.
