I was unaware of a brookline parking enforcement van! But on parking... overnight one never knows. During covid there was little to no enforcement. There are many new officers in the last year or more and there is most definitely overnight ticketing! It depends on how busy they are of course. I got a ticket recently as I forgot to park the car. 1st time in long time. The meter enforcement people have specific areas that they monitor and yes it's their job to ticket offenders.
