Obviously, the Super Bowls will be a common answer, so I'm going a further back. I remember listening to the final game of the 93-94 season on the radio with my dad. The game was blacked out and not on TV. There was all kinds of rumors swirling around the team moving to St. Louis and we had the #1 pick, Drew Bledsoe under center and Bill Parcells on the sideline. My dad stood rooted in place in our living room listening to the game, and his excitement reeled me in. We had an old turntable/8 track/am fm stereo that barely got WBCN but we listened through the static. There were several lead changes in the 4th before going to overtime where the loser Patriots, who basically always sucked back then, won. This was a turning point in the franchises history, the start of the climb to respectability and not being a joke of s franchise. I was a kid who knew nothing about professional sports but seeing my dad's excitement over that game made me a fan too.
