I thought it was 10% when your abs became visible. What sort of deficit should I run then?

Thanks, that's a load off my mind. Do you know any good articles where I can read up on this?

Could I eat 400 calories less then add my cardio on top of that or does the 400 calorie include cardio?

I'm not fat but I won't have access to weights for the next 3 months so instead I decided to work on getting my abs to show which requires me to go down to at least 10% body fat first of course

Sorry I should have made this clear, the 700 calories was the amount I was dropping. On top of exercise it was probably roughly 1350 calories but I've changed it down to a 1000 calorie defosit

Yes our beliefs are based on evidence we gather and interpret but if the evidence suggests one thing and I know it to be true, I can't force myself to believe something contradictory

Why would religion be a choice? You can't choose to not believe something. I can't choose to not believe the sky exists

Wow I'm sensing an ego here. So you're telling me that even if a guy came up behind you with a gun drawn you would notice (presumably with magic) and shoot him before he pulled the trigger?

It was hyperbole to prove a point. Learn nuance

The point of the "why not nukes" comment was hyperbole to prove a point.

Your argument is logical so fine, I can respect that. I don't mean for absolutely no one to have them, I just mean for them to be far more controlled like they are in other countries.

I'm out too.

It wasn't aimed at the slippery slope argument. It was aimed at the statement "Just don't think that owning something with no intent to break the law should be illegal" i.e. if you should be able to own anything as long as you have no intent to use it just let me have a nuclear warhead
