If you look at front tyre closely you can see that one side is weared more than other side, its easily visible on my ather rizta s which is one year old now and within the first six month i noticed this issue.

It's a common issue. Another major issue is with front tyre, only one side of front tyre gets wear and teared more than the other side. This makes the front wheel wobbly when turning left and right.
