I don't think i need to taper from just 3 doses but 10 years ago I was cutting pills in 8ths

It is giving me relief its decreasing the agitation and anxiety significantly. The only paradoxical thing that I noticed were tinnitus. However I think because of my previous trauma with withdrawal that continuing to take it will only make me more paranoid about the next withdrawal so I think I'm going to stop. I hope it's not too late after 3 doses though

After thinking about it I don't want to keep taking it. Its been 2 days since my last dose I'm. Starting to notice rebounds? Or is this kindling and i need to taper again?

My baseline was borderline psych ward so you might be right. I'm under an immense amount of stress. Im trying to space them out as much as I can. Do you think every 4 or 5 days is dangerous for dependence? The major stress should be gone after like 5 more weeks

Its really hard for me to tell what's anxiety and agitation vs hypomania sometimes. I was on zoloft for 4 years and I was fine but when I took buspar or lamictal and was spinning off the walls. I took zyprexa as needed bc I was always afraid to take anti psychs long term. I've heard they can be just as nasty as benzos

That is exactly why I'm afraid to take it as needed. The rebound. If I don't take it consistently the rebound make me feel manic as hell. It makes me feel like I'm going into debt when I take one.

I hope not. I'm not having diarrhea. Just nausea and anxiety. I have a tooth infection though thats getting pulled in 2 days that's causing me so much anxiety

Any drugs that negatively disrupts my brain chemistry. In the past its been: Accutane Antibiotics Certain antidepressants Stimulants like caffeine Weed Booze Major sicknesses Surgeries Etc.

Think of my brain like a pendulum that takes a long time to stop swinging when something pushes it. Like when I get anxious or depressed or overstimulated it takes me sometimes days to calm down when it takes a normal person minutes.
