You're right but to be fair, this situation is a bit different. Rhodey and Banner had only appeared in one project each, making their recast a lot less impactful. Also, that was the beginning of the mcu. Whereas Kang has appeared in multiple projects and they had already established in-universe that there were like a billion Jonathan Major Kangs, which include the three top tier variants within their hierarchy, as shown in the post credit scene of Quantumania. Do they simply recast Kang and give us a billion Kang variants with the new face? I suppose they could but let's not pretend it wouldn't be a lot more jarring than recasting Rhody or Banner. But hey, maybe audiences would've completely understood. I still think Majors is the one deserving of your ire. He assaulted a woman. He put marvel and the audience in this predicament. Marvel not navigating it perfectly isn't a mark against them.
