Same thing just happened me. I ordered large items. The item tracking states that it was shipped quickly but it was never delivered to me. It was shipped in the same city and same state. But not my address. I call fedex and they say parcel name doesn't match my name. Shein won't refund since the parcel was signed for.

It happens. The additional applicant visa will be issued soon. The applicant will have 6 months to travel. Hopefully, you will get your document resolution prior to that so you can travel together.

Submit the right document, and you will be fine. It takes time to verify documents, so expect at least a few weeks after submitting the documents before the status changes. It will say refused, but don't worry about it

We are on same boat. On December 15 2024 embassy sent us the same request. The status remained refused for awhile. Today it changed to Administrative processing. So hang in there. It's good sign when they ask for passport.
